I am holding 400 share in Futures of Ansal Properties @ Rs 425.
At present it is at Rs 385, please advice should i hold or
square off my position at current price of Rs 385

Since you asked this query on 15th of Dec, I don't know if you are still holding it. If yes, I would like to advice that keep holding with a stoploss of 355 and look for a target of 510.

All IT stocks are down. Thats why it is also in downslide. The Stock is good at your buy level and Bollinger Bands suggests a sharp change in recent price level, most possibly in positive direction. Keep a stoploss of 205 and look for a target of 270-295 in ST.

No comments of 1k Target of a scrip of Rs 40.

But if I might have been in your position I would have like to book profit at a level of 80-120 in MT (6 months).Stoploss is 31. Now choice is all yours.

I bought AIRDECCAN when this merger news was about to  come
people said it can go up to 350. But it has crashed 15% for the last 2
days. Should I hold it or exit this counter.

Hi All,

I felt that I should post a message to end the rumor if Anid has stopped giving calls or something else is on.

Well First of Let us start with some positive news:

Spentex Ind which is one of our recent stock under discussion, has achieved ST target of 48, closing at 49.70 hitting a 20% UC.

Holders may book profit, or continue holding with a stoploss of 43 for few more UCs in near term.


I am not giving any call since last couple of days, as we have planned to restrict the number of weekly calls to 2 , to increase the hit ratio. As so many calls are being opened, some check was required.



Hit ratio (The calls for which we achieved target / total open call ) was going down because of so many daily calls and my team is offended. So I wanted to restrict the open calls.



These 2 calls will be published any of the weekdays.

Most of my calls are ST calls and those are supposed to achieve target in any time from day 1 to 3 months.

Current Hit Ratio : (10-1)/25 = 0.36 as on 28-Dec-2007

Oldest calls : on 27-Nov-2007

So nearest expiry date 28-Feb-2007 is (ST = 3 months) for that oldest call.

A call is termed as Failed Call if it can not reach the target within 3 months of call date or if we are forced to give a premature exit call.

we achieved 36% successful closure in 1st month only(Much more if we count the calls on Traderji ) and 2 more months to go for ST targets.

So eventually we must end up in terms of 85-90%+ level or could be more.


Since most of the stocks we discussed are achieving their target, I believe that we may not need to restrict 2 calls/week formula for long time, once we get the higher hit ratio.

Good Morning Guys,
I came back last night and woke up late today. So need to rush for office ASAP. Lets don't waste much time and get into business straightway.


Today I will be watching:

GNFC: (Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertiliser): Looks good at CMP of 210 and may go up to 238-242. stoploss 192.


By the way Guj Alkali has reached its target of 262 on Monday. Cheers.
